    The talented Nigerian afrobeat star Oxlade has revealed that “Ojuju” was the most difficult song he had to record on his latest EP titled ‘Eclipse‘.

    Nigerian singer and songwriter Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman who is professionally known as Oxlade in a recent video interview with Clout Africa confessed that the successful song, ‘Ojuju’, was one of the most challenging songs he had to record on his current EP named “Eclipse”.

    On Tuesday, November 2, 2021, the interview was posted on YouTube.

    He told Clout Africa that recording “Ojuju” was difficult for him since it was highly personal, and he ended up tearing down many times during recording.

    During a recent exclusive conversation with NJO, Away hitmaker opened up about the meaning of the title of his second project, Eclipse.

    According to him, Making Eclipse was also an escape in a time of deep strife for him.

    He reveals that making music is his job because he gets paid to create art, he also broke down several times while recording ‘Ojuju’ and had to take breaks from recording because he’d had a massive fallout with his partner at the time.

    The video interview with Clout Africa stated that ‘Ojuju’ was most likely the most difficult song to record from the new EP.
