Nigerian singer and songwriter, Oxlade made some revelations on how he has worked in different places before he become a music star.
Nigerian songwriter and singer Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, professionally known by his stage name Oxlade, shared details on how he worked in different places before becoming a music star.
The artist said that he worked as a BRT-bus ticketer at Surulere, and a secretary in a cyber cafe, and even helped serve rice at parties when speaking on Channels TV’s Rubbin’ Minds with prominent media personality and host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu.
Oxlade went on to say in the interview that he ran away from home after dropping out of school for personal reasons and that his parents wanted him to retake the Jamb exam.

According to him, while he was away from home, he stayed with one of his friends and shuffled the homes every five days. He also said when he was away from home he try to do music but there was no money to do it.
