Grammy award-winning artist, Burna Boy has joined Wizkid and Davido in selling out London’s iconic O2 arena.
Burna Boy’s concert at the 20,000-person capacity O2 Arena took place on Friday.
His grand arrival in a spaceship has been a hot topic of discussion, so it’s no surprise that the artist has appeared on the Twitter trends table.
The 30-year-old took to Instagram to brag about his latest accomplishment: selling out his concert tickets.
According to Burna, he sold out the arena on his own at the price he desired and in the manner he desired.

The O2 Arena, which has the second-highest seating capacity of any indoor venue in the United Kingdom and is dubbed the world’s busiest music arena, had its concert hall packed to the brim with an obviously excited audience.
The concert, organised by Cokobar in collaboration with Spaceship Entertainment, heralds the African Giant kicking off The O2’s Welcome Back Show series, which also included a diverse lineup of headline artistes, including Mavin’s Ruger and Rema, alongside Omah Lay who performed in front of the massive crowd.
Micheal Tubes Creation captured the artiste, known for his mercurial performances, reinventing the cataclysmic sounds that make up his unique music, in a fully packed arena.
Burna Boy responded to their performances by tweeting, “I swear watching Rema and Omah lay tonight made me so emotional.” I’m so proud of them.”
The entrance and exit on a giant spaceship was a highlight of the show that left the audience in awe of the ‘Twice as Tall‘ crooner.
