    In the Docu-series, Wizkid opened up on his childhood, the importance of family to him, his music and his career so far.

    Here are some interesting details he shared;

    He was born in Alaba but grew up in Surulere. Born into a Polygamous family, Wizkdi described his house as a ‘fun house’ of which he has so many stories.

    Although he was the last born of the family, he wasn’t a spoilt child – he did get his ways sometimes!

    Growing up in a spiritual environment with parents who practice several religions taught him that love is the only true religion.

    The most important to the singer is family, he reveals his first son, Boluwatife is his best friend as they talk every day.

    On the other hand, fatherhood is everything to him, and being a father has changed his perspective about his career.

    He says he would put his kids over everything else, even stopping the world for them isn’t left out.

    Reflecting on his career, Ayodeji Balogun says that signing with Banky W was one of the most incredible things that have ever happened to him and that he is grateful to Banky for taking him under his wing.

    His debut album, “Superstar,” was the first step in showing to the world that he is a versatile Artist.

    He had the choice of performing at the O2 Arena as himself, “Wizkid,” but he was not there for himself alone; he was there for the culture.
