Grammy Award-winning singer, Burna Boy has secured a nomination in the ”International Male Solo Artist” category of the 41st edition of the BRITs Awards.
This is the second consecutive time the musician will be nominated for a BRIT Award. In 2020 he was nominated alongside veteran American icon Bruce Springsteen, Irish singer-songwriter Dermot Kennedy, American singer, rapper Post Malone and American rapper Tyler, the Creator in the ‘Best International Act‘ category.
The ‘Ye’ crooner is currently nominated for the ‘International Male Solo Artist’ category alongside The Weeknd, Bruce Springsteen, Childish Gambino and Tame Impala.

It also comes about two weeks after ‘Twice as Tall’, his 2020 album, snagged the ‘Best Global Music Album’ category at the 2021 Grammy Awards.
With his recent wins including The MTV European Music Awards (EMA) for ‘Best African Act’, The All Africa Music Awards album of the year and winner, ‘Best International Act’ for the Black Entertainment (BET) awards and The 2020 Dutch Edison Award for ‘World Album’,
