Grammy award-winning artist and songwriter Burna Boy is allegedly charging Rivers State an amount of N100 Million for his homecoming concert slated for the 27th of March.
The Rivers State government has revealed their plans of hosting a Burna Boy homecoming concert for the artist in order to celebrate him for winning the Grammys. This comes after some Nigerians fired at them for not congratulating Burna Boy after his award.
The self-acclaimed African Giant made Nigeria and Africa proud after he won the Best Global music with his Album “Twice As Tall” a few days ago.
However, rumours coming in say that the award-winning artist Burna Boy is currently charging Rivers State N100 Million for his presence at the concert.

The homecoming event is slated to hold on the 27th of March at the EUI Event Centre port Harcourt. This follows after the Rivers State Government came under serious criticism from Nigerians over the inability to congratulate the artist after his award. A few artists billed to perform include Timaya, Duncan Mighty, Omah Lay, Nissi, and other Port Harcourt artists.
