Nigerian Rapper, Vector has opened up on the inspiration behind his forthcoming album, “Teslim“.
Vector hosted Media personalities at a press conference for the forthcoming album, ‘Teslim‘, and during the event spoke on what led to the creation of the album.
He revealed that during the burial of his late father, he made a wordplay using his father’s name ‘Teslim‘ and came up with the acronym, ‘The Energy Still Lives in Me’
He also said the name means ‘Peacemaker’ and given the value his father taught him, he thought to name the album after him.
He said that social media has bred a lot of competitiveness, toxicity, and negativity and the album sorts to inspire people and give them a different perspective on life and to help think peace and happiness.
According to a report by Hiptv, the album is a 13-track album and would feature M.I Abaga, Goodgirl LA, and others.
His collaboration with M.I which is titled the ‘The Crown of Clay’ would be dropping on the 26th of February.
Vector didn’t disclose the release date of the album but said he would keep people updated as they follow along.
