    As the year rounds off, MP3bullet.ng have decided to compile a list of the Fierce crooner’s top 5 achievements amidst the numerous ones.

    Winner of the Big Brother Naija Lockdown Season 5:

    At the inception of this year’s BBNaija season five, with a total of 20contenstant competing for the grand prize worth N85m, only 5 housemates made it to the end of the final week. Laycon edged all four of them and emerged the winner.

    Laycon signs ambassadorial deal in Ogun State:

    Haven emerged winner of the BBNaija season five, the Ogun State indigene was surprised by his state Governor Dapo Abiodun, on a courtesy visit, on 6th October 2020. Laycon was appointed Youth Ambassador for Ogun State coupled with some gifts such as a three-bedroom bungalow and a sum of five million naira.

    City People Music Special Recognition Awards:

    The 27-year-old couldn’t have had a better year ending as he was awarded the City People Music Special Recognition Awards 2020.

    The Special Recognition Award was in honour of his remarkable contributions to the growth of the entertainment industry.

    Instagram and Twitter verification:

    Few days after the  BBNaija Lockdown commenced, on July 22, the “Icons” President became the first housemate to be verified on Instagram. This led to a lot of reactions from his fans and followers.

    Likewise, on 17th December 2020, Laycon gets verified on Twitter, making him the first of the BBNaija Lockdown season 5 former housemate to get a Twitter blue tick after the show.

    He took to his Twitter Verified page to celebrate and congratulate his icon fans for this feat.

    Endorsement Deals:

    The fifth on our list would be listing out a couple of the endorsement deals, Laycon has bagged over the couple of months.

    • On completing the BBNaija Lockdown show and emerging winner, Laycon bagged an endorsement deal with Oppo Nigeria as a Brand Ambassador. The Oppo Mobile Phone Brand was a sponsor to the BBNaija Lockdown.
    • Laycon also bagged an endorement deal with GOTv Nigeria, as a brand ambassador. They were also sponsors of the BBNaija Lockdown.
    • Further, Mentos Fresh Action Candy recently unveiled Laycon as their brand ambassador. The Hip-hop crooner took to his Twitter page to celebrate this news.
