English rappers, Nines, Headie One, and Jamaican-British singer, Mahalia lead top winners at Mobo Awards 2020.
Tonight, 9 December 2020, The MoBo Awards 2020 enjoys wonderful performances from Headie One, Tiwa Savage, Ms Banks, H.E.R., and Kojey Radical.
The English rapper Nines defeats the likes of Stormzy, J Hus, and Lianne La Havas to scoop the prestigious album of the year for the chart-topping Crabs In A Bucket. He also bagged the best hip hop act Award.
2020 was indeed an incredible year for Headie One, as he won himself the Best Male Act award.
On the other hand, Singer Mahalia won the best female act and best R&B/soul act tonight. It’s a win-win for her as these awards mark her first major music awards win following a consistently noteworthy rise in recent years.
