Nigerian Artist, Oxlade had a good run in 2020 with the release of his EP, “Oxygene” which birthed the hit song, “Away”.
Oxlade was one of the lucky artists to have their songs on Rolling Stones’ Top 50 Best song for 2020 list.
The magazine described the song as;
“Away is composed of just two four-line verses, a pair of lovely prehooks consisting of two repeated couplets, and a chorus made up of one word; “Away”.
This is coming a few days after Drake posted the song on his Instagram story seemly giving his nod to the fast-rising star’s song.
