Mavin Records CEO, Don Jazzy took to Twitter to praise Adekunle Gold.
Don Jazzy in his tweet expressed how he felt about the “Kelegbe Megbe” star saying Adekunle has without a doubt executed one of the best transitions in the Nigerian pop music industry.
According to him, Adekunle has done well when it comes to image, sound, and branding. Adekunle in response called him Dad.
Recall in a post made by Mp3bullet.ng, Adekunle Gold had shared screenshots of messages he sent to Don Jazzy years ago begging for a job opportunity.
The former YBNL artist asked Don Jazzy to give him a position as a Graphic Designer and also sent him his songs to listen to. All of this happened before Adekunle Gold got signed to YBNL.
From where I sit and what I know, without a doubt Adekunle Gold has executed one of the best transitions into the Nigeria pop music industry.
