Rema revealed why he would continue to promote his Benin heritage through his music.
Rema is an Edo indigene is known for fusing his dialect in most of his songs like “Lady”, “Dumebi”.
The singer in a tweet said he would continue to promote his dialect and culture as he is a proud Edo boy.
According to him, he is not ashamed of his culture, adding that even if he is being called crazy for it because people can’t understand it, he refuses to be put in a box.
Rema recently released a new single called “Woman” which is his third song in the space of two weeks.
