Davido opens up about the delights of fatherhood
David Adedeji Adeleke, who is known professionally as Davido, has spoken about his life with his newborn twins and how it has been easy taking care of them.
Davido had an interview with BET where he spoke about his April 17th Madison Square Garden show. He also spoke about his future Chris Brown project, his new album, life with his twins, and more. During the interview, he told BET that it is every artist’s dream to perform at Madison Square.
He said, “Man, every artist’s dream is to finally be able to do a show at the Garden. Performing there one day was something that was always on my bucket list and it’s finally about to happen”.
The superstar has shared his excitement at being a father to twins. The DMW leader characterized it as an unforgettable experience, claiming that parenting the twins has been surprisingly simple. In a recent interview with BET, Davido revealed that his twins are quiet and growing quickly, allaying initial concerns about the difficulties of raising kids.
He said, “I remember when they came, everybody was calling like, ‘They have twins, blah, blah, blah. It’s gonna be hard.’ But, my twins are blessed. They don’t even cry. They’re just calm and they’re just growing so fast. It’s just a blessing. Thank God for everything really”.
Recall, Davido once again in the spotlight, this time commemorating the one-year anniversary of his album “Timeless” under his record label, Davido Music Worldwide (DMW), with a special art exhibition. Held at the Yenwa Gallery in Lagos, the event offered guests a unique blend of music and art.
Attendees were treated to an immersive experience featuring various artworks and a special photography presentation. The exhibition provided fans with insights into “Timeless,” including behind-the-scenes glimpses of tours and other significant moments surrounding the album.
