Beyoncé achieves her 13th No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart with “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM.”
Beyoncé’s latest track, “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM,” has soared to the summit of Billboard’s Hot 100 chart, marking her ninth solo number one and 13th overall, including her previous hits with Destiny’s Child.
According to the publication’s announcement today (Feb. 26), this achievement represents Beyoncé’s first time reigning atop the chart since 2022’s “BREAK MY SOUL.” Notably, “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” dethroned Jack Harlow’s “Lovin On Me,” which had dominated much of January and February.
As reported by Luminate, Beyoncé’s country-infused record garnered 29 million streams, 29,000 sales, and 16 million radio impressions. Additionally, the pop icon made history as the first black woman to lead Billboard’s Hot Country Songs chart in modern music history, with “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” maintaining its position at the top this week. The track also gained traction on the Country Airplay index, climbing to the 34th spot.

Elsewhere on this week’s Hot 100 rankings, Kanye West and Ty Dolla Sign’s collaboration “CARNIVAL,” featuring Rich The Kid and Playboi Carti, secured the fourth position. Earlier this month, the track was in contention for the top spot but faced resistance from Taylor Swift fans due to a reference to the singer in one of the lyrics.
A fan account mobilized others to stream “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” to prevent “CARNIVAL” from reaching number one on the index. Ironically, both releases were surpassed by Harlow’s “Lovin On Me.”
Fans can anticipate the inclusion of “TEXAS HOLD ‘EM” on the upcoming album RENAISSANCE ACT II, alongside “16 CARRIAGES,” which is scheduled to be released on streaming platforms on March 29th.
