‘She dances like David’ — Moses Bliss narrates how he met his Ghanaian fiancée, Marie
Gospel musician Moses Bliss has shared a love story that is as beautiful as his songs, revealing how he met his Ghanaian fiancee, Marie Wiseborn. Just a day after announcing their engagement, Bliss shared the serendipitous tale of how they met, a story as divine as his own melodies.
It all started one year ago, on January 20, 2023. Bliss was tagged in a video of Marie dancing with contagious delight to his popular single, Miracle No Dey Tire Jesus. He was moved by her passion and grace, saying, “I was like ahh, ‘I like the way she praises God, wow, she dances like David.'”
Interestingly, Marie wasn’t a regular video poster, but a divine nudge led her to capture her spontaneous praise dance that night and upload it at 2 a.m. Miraculously, it caught Bliss’s attention.
That’s where their story really took off. After months of getting to know one another, their engagement was revealed on Friday, January 19, 2024, marking the culmination of a love story that began with a dance video and was encouraged by religion.
This heartwarming tale is a lovely reminder that blessings from God can arrive in the most unexpected forms—like a late-night dance or a chance Instagram scroll. “For someone believing God for this kind of testimony, may God divinely work out your testimony in Jesus name,” says Bliss, giving hope as he expresses his happiness.
