I get show – Portable rants as embassy denies his wife visa for UK trip (Video)
Controversial street-hop singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has expressed his frustration on social media after the British Embassy reportedly denied his wife a visa.
According to Portable, they had plans to travel together, and his wife’s visa denial disrupted their intended trip.
The singer has an upcoming show in London scheduled for November 26, 2023, and he had hoped to have his wife, Omobewaji, accompany him for a pleasant time before the performance.
In a viral video, Portable expressed his disappointment, questioning why the embassy treated his wife poorly. He emphasized that he is the one with a reputation, referring to himself as a “gangster,” and the embassy should not take out any issues with him on his wife.
In addition to his dissatisfaction with the visa denial, Portable accused the embassy of attempting to rip him off, aligning with his past actions of calling out individuals and brands for alleged scams. The video has gained attention on social media, highlighting the challenges artists sometimes face with visa processes for international events.
