Why Naira Marley and Sam Larry can be held responsible for Mohbad death – Police PRO Ademuyiwa speaks (Video)
The Police Public Relations Officer (PRO), Olumuyiwa Adejobi, has shared a video in which he discusses why Naira Marley and Sam Larry could potentially be held responsible for the death of Mohbad.
In the video, Adejobi educates the public on the injuries sustained by the late Mohbad and how those responsible for inflicting those injuries could be held accountable for his death.
It was reported that a photo surfaced online showing a significant scar on the late singer’s stomach, although it appeared to be fully healed, and the size of the injury seemed substantial.
In October 2022, a video circulated online in which Mohbad cried out after being severely beaten at Marlian’s house, resulting in bruises on his body. He was later seen receiving medical treatment at the hospital.
In 2023, Mohbad also expressed concerns about his safety, stating that if anything happened to him, Naira Marley and Marlian Music should be held responsible. Additionally, a video of Sam Larry harassing and assaulting Mohbad while he was alive garnered significant attention online.
Adejobi explains that Sam Larry and Naira Marley may not be safe legally, as the severity of the injury can determine the nature of the offense.
He adds that causing bodily harm to another person carries a higher punishment than assault.
Furthermore, if someone inflicts injuries on another person, and that person dies within a year and a day, the law may consider those who caused the injuries as responsible for the death, unless an autopsy suggests otherwise.
