Shallipopi and Davido tease new collaboration.
Shallipopi, who is quickly gaining popularity as a well-known artist, is about to release a brand-new song with Davido, a well-known Afrobeat sensation. Online videos show the two musicians working together to execute the upbeat song.
Ever since his hit song Ex-Convict was released, Shallipopi has been a household name.
This song follows in the footsteps of Elon Musk, its older, more accomplished sibling. His first EP, Planet Pluto, had a mediocre amount of success. This is most likely due to the fact that a couple of the tunes share a similar sound in the first few seconds.
Nevertheless, some of the biggest names in music have supported both Elon Musk and Ex-Convict in addition to their celebrity.
After receiving endorsements from powerhouses like Wizkid and Alex Iwobi, Shallipopi has now added one more famous person to his list of fans. Davido, the OBO, has joined what appears to be a remix of the song “Ex Convict.”

In a video released online, the couple can be seen in a moving car. The video looks to be from Shallipopi’s Snapchat account.
The description for the video states, “Only 1 Baddest,” referring to Davido. The melody in the background sounds similar to the Ex-Convict track, but with greater intensity.
This raises the question of whether Davido and Shallipopi will release an Ex-Convict remix.
