Mohbad Tried To Commit Suicide Because Of Issues With Naira Marley – Bella Shmurda
Nigerian street hip-pop artist Bella Shmurda has spoken out about how his colleague Mohbad attempted suicide as a result of the disagreement he had with his old record company, Marlian Music.
Mp3bullet recalls that Mohbad had called out Naira Marley last year on social media for allegedly sending his boys to beat him up.
Shortly after the incident, he departed the record company.
In a conversation with Chude Jideonwo, Shmurda claimed that Mohbad tried to terminate his life during his experience but was stopped by friends.
He said that Mohbad’s girlfriend had discovered him sitting on the window.
He said, “There was a time, me and Mohbad were in an apartment and Mohbad was like he wanted to jump from the upstairs because of the issues he was having with his record label. We held him by the window. Mohbad had almost jumped, it was his girlfriend that entered the room and saw him sitting down at the window.”
Bella Shmurda said Mohbad went through therapy sessions and hospital for hypertension treatment before he recovered from the issues with his former record label.
