Iyanya believes that Wizkid is to credit for Tems’ success.
Iyanya has suggested that Tems‘ success is in large part due to Afrobeats musician Ayo Balogun, also known by his stage name Wizkid.
He agreed that Wizkid’s influence and support played a significant part in the Grammy winner’s current success.
The song Essence, which was co-written by Wiz and Tems, has received numerous nominations and has dominated both domestic and international charts.
In response to a tweet that read; “Is it safe to say Wizkid is part of Tems’ success story?” Iyanya wrote; “Definitely.”
