Pheelz recounts how BNXN pleaded to appear on Finesse.
Pheelz has revealed how Afrobeats artist BNXN (formerly Buju) requested to feature on the hit song Finesse.
He claimed that the musician got in touch with him via Instagram and expressed interest after hearing an unofficially released song snippet and questioning whether it was a TikTok sound.
According to Pheelz, who revealed this in an interview, he offered BNXN a verse on the song even though he told him it was his mixed and mastered music that he was about to release.
He stated that the song was already finished, but he offered to erase a verse if BNXN desired, and the ‘Traboski’ singer welcomed the offer.
Pheelz claimed that is how they got together in the studio to record the second verse, giving birth to the 2022 smash, Finesse.
Additionally, he claimed that BNXN disclosed he had always desired to collaborate with him ever since learning that he was the producer of Fireboy DML’s debut album, Laughter Tears and Goosebumps.

In the meantime, the two artists earned their first UK certifications in their respective careers less than a year after the release of the popular song โFinesse.โ
The Brit certification board has now certified โFinesseโ as silver in the UK after the smash single sold over 60,000 units in the UK alone.
This is a tremendous accomplishment for both performers because the industry has been gripped by the hit song ever since it was released on March 3, 2022.
