Four Barclays managers were shortlisted for the Premier League Manager of the Month award after producing outstanding performances in November/December 2022.
The EA SPORTS website has allowed fans and football enthusiasts to vote for their favourite manager of the Premier League for the month of November/December.
The winner, who was announced earlier today, was chosen by combining the public vote with the votes of a group of football experts.
Mikel Arteta, the manager of Arsenal, has been chosen the Barclays Manager of the Month for November and December after the vote was combined. This is the second time this season that he has received the honour.

Arteta guided Arsenal to four victories from four Premier League games, with wins at home over West Ham United and away against Chelsea, Wolverhampton Wanderers, and Brighton & Hove Albion.
The wins gave the league’s top team a seven-point advantage at the top of the standings moving into 2023.
Since joining Arsenal in December 2019, Arteta has earned four Manager of the Month Awards. In September 2021, March 2022, and August 2022, he also made the claim.
After a panel of judges and the public’s votes were pooled, Arteta defeated fellow nominees Thomas Frank, Eddie Howe, and Jurgen Klopp.
Following midfielder Martin Odegaard’s selection as the November and December EA SPORTS Player of the Month, Arsenal can now celebrate twice.
