Nigerian Afropop artist and songwriter Charles Chibueze Chukwu, popularly known as Crayon has announced that he will be releasing his debut album in 2023.
On the 11th of January 2023, the Mavin Records signee took to his social media page to reveal that he will be releasing his debut album in 2023.
Crayon launched his debut EP, “Crayon,” after signing with Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records, showcasing his talent.
Nevertheless, despite his evident skill, Crayon wasn’t able to break through to the wider populace until 2022, when he recorded the number-one single “Laba Laba” and sang an iconic chorus on Mavin’s “Overdose.”

The singer will be aiming to advance his career now that he will be releasing a debut album. The singer’s new single and album release date will be highly anticipated by his fans.
Crayon said that 2023 is the year that his debut album will be released in a tweet that was made on January 11, 2023. The message delighted fans who had grown to like the musician after he had the best year of his career in 2022.
