Portable claims Poco Lee and Olamide were not the ones who made him famous
Portable shocks Nigerians with his latest admission, insisting that no one, not even Poco Lee and Olamide are responsible for his rise to fame.
As you may remember, Olamide graced Portable with a verse on the remix of his hit song, Zazoo. Of fact, this happened after Pocolee, a well-known dancer, had introduced him to Olamide.
However, in a recent interview, the artist, who just welcomed his fourth child with a different baby mom, made some contradictory revelations.
Portable noted that “nobody made him popular”. According to him, not even Olamide or Pocolee as it is widely “claimed”.
He insisted he was already famous and labelled himself a child of grace, who everyone wanted to associate with.
“Shey me i see anybody help me ni? As i dey like this, if no be sey i get grace. Everybody DM me. Nobody blow me. I don blow before I meet Pocolee and Olamide.”

During that same interview, Portable also opened up on how much he earned from his hit song, Zazuu.
According to the controversial musician, the money he earned from his breakthrough hit, ‘Zazuu Zeh,’ did not exceed N3 million.
The street-hop artist claimed he was taken advantage of by others in the industry since he was still a rising star and was unaware of how the Nigerian entertainment industry operated.
Portable claimed that many individuals who intended to take advantage of him at the time had scammed him of N5 million and N3 million.
