Rema Discusses His Vision For Afrobeats.
Young Nigerian superstar, Rema has described his view of what Afrobeats should be.
He advised Afrobeats artists to make their performance at the O2 Brixton Academy in London on day two look like they can pull it off backstage.
He claims that even though he is composed off stage, he gives his everything on stage because he wants everyone to get ignited.

He stated that he did not want Afrobeats to come off as a surprise when it comes to setup and production.
“It’s the first time we are doing this type of shit so we need to make it look like we can fucking do it.
“We don’t have to make it look like Afrobeats is growing so it has to be tacky.
“I know I’m calm behind the stage but I’ll be raging on stage. I’ll be shouting, I’ll be cruising.
“I want everybody to get done because I don’t want Afrobeats to look like a gimmick when it comes to the production when it comes to the setup.
“I have eyes everywhere and I can hear every fucking thing. I don’t want to fuck up.
“Every show back to back all year has been crazy and that’s hard work, focus and sacrifice,” he said.
