In 2021, Rema dropped his first release of the year, “Bounce“. The menacing Afro-House/Lamba fusion saw Don Jazzy at the helm of things.
In this song, Don Jazzy takes a new approach and turns forth a vivacious, brisk production, unlike anything we have heard from him previously.
Question- Burna Boy
In 2021, Grammy Award winner, Burna Boy teamed up with Don Jazzy on the song, “Question“. A beautifully mellow song, “Question” features guitars and synths that twist and twinkle over the percussion’s sharp skip.
In the one year since its release, the song has amassed over 13 million views on Youtube.
Sare- Ayra Starr
In 2021, Don Jazzy introduced Ayra Starr to the world which was immediately followed by her self-titled EP. Off the EP, Don Jazzy handled the production for the mid-tempo song.
Sare which is The penultimate track of the EP is arguably the crescendo of the project as Ayra seamlessly blends with the Don Jazzy-produced beat.
Starr aced the song with that sample of ‘Orere Elejigbo’ by the legendary Nigerian girl group, Lijadu Sisters.

To celebrate Mavin @10, Don Jazzy decided to bless music fans with an Overdose tune and he employs new generation Mavin artists like Crayon, Ayra Starr, Ladipoe, Magixx and Boy Spyce on it.
Like previous Mavin All-star songs, Don Jazzy produced “Overdose.” Right from the get-go, the beat gives off a sweet melody as the artists featured on it serenade listeners with Lamba-esqe lyrics.
