6LACK Announces Long-Awaited Third Album For March Confirms title.
American singer-songwriter and rapper Ricardo Valdez Valentine Jr., known professionally as 6lack, is set to release his highly anticipated album, which will be released in March.
The rapper and musician from Atlanta pulled off several intriguing publicity gimmicks to herald his comeback to music, such as distributing roses on Valentine’s Day.
The Atlanta singer is scheduled to make his long-awaited comeback after more than three years. He said on Tuesday that his third studio album is finished and will be released in March. He also shared the title S.I.H.A.L but did not reveal what the acronym stands for.
Furthermore, he seems to accept that it had been a while since he released a full-length. While he didn’t completely disappear from releases, he took some creative moves to promote his return.
“and we’re 6ack… album finished. March 2023 — #SIHAL,” he wrote alongside the flowers emoji and a pre-order link.

6LACK, aka “Mr. Valentine,” had the ATL Water Boys Flower Boyz give away roses to women in his hometown on Valentine’s Day as a way to promote the album. The flowers came with a card that teased his impending return: “See you soon. Love, 6LACK.”
The record title S.I.H.A.L was inscribed on the back of the hoodies that the Flower Boys were also sporting.
With the release of East Atlanta Love Letter in September 2018, which included guest performances from Future, J. Cole, Offset, and Khalid, this is 6LACK’s debut album.
When commemorating the sixth anniversary of his debut album FREE 6LACK in November, he previewed the album.
He wrote: “today marks 6 years since #FREE6LACK — and the last anniversary before we get into Season 3,”
