In 2021, Davido made headlines after he dropped millions to purchase a frog-shaped pendant encrusted with diamonds.
It would be recalled that in the heat of a beef years ago with fellow singer, Wizkid called out Davido of having a terrible voice like that of a ‘frog’ and has since been a catchphrase used by fans of Wizzy when bantering O.B.O’s fans.
Well, the DMW Record boss seems to have absorbed the insult and turned it into a part of his brand as he took to Instagram to flaunt his ‘Frog pendant’ from a luxury jeweller based in America, IceBox.

Davido’s diamond-encrusted DMW customized chain was created by his usual jeweller, American Jeweler, Ice Box Zahir and was reported to be worth N150m.
The pendant had the words 30GB arranged in form of a square and a tiny aeroplane.
Customized DMW Logo
In 2019, Davido went all out to get himself a diamond-encrusted customized pendant of his label, DMW logo. The jewellery was reported to have cost him over 150 Million Naira and was was handled by Icebox.
