Notable Highlights
Nigerian players and teams stood out at the ceremony, with Chiamaka Nnadozie and Ademola Lookman claiming top honors as Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year and Men’s Player of the Year, respectively. Nigeria’s women’s national team also clinched the Women’s National Team of the Year award, cementing their reputation as a powerhouse in African women’s football.
Côte d’Ivoire enjoyed a successful evening as well, winning Men’s National Team of the Year and Men’s Coach of the Year, with Emerse Faé recognized for his outstanding leadership.
