YBNL Music Star, Fireboy DML made history at the just concluded 14th edition of the Headies award.
Fireboy DML had bagged nine Nominations at Headies which was the highest for this Edition.
The singer won five out of the Nine nominations making history to become the third artist to have the most wins at a single Award Night
The categories he won include; Best R&B album, Best pop album, Best R&B single, Headies revelation, Album of the year.

The categories he lost include; Best Music Video, Headies Viewers Choice, Songwriter of the year, Best Recording of the Year.
The only other artists to have the most wins (5 Awards or more) in a single night is P-square in 2006 and Wande Coal in 2010.
Fireboy also made history as being the first artist to have his two Albums(LGT and Apollo) win their respective categories in a single night.
