Zlatan is one artiste who is making waves in the Nigerian music scene, especially the streets.

Especially with his creation of the popular street dance ‘Zanku‘, this guy is becoming really dope.

Zlatan, Omoniyi Temidayo, is one of those fast rising artiste who has been listed on many lists since 2018.

Pulse rated him as one of the artistes to watch out for in 2019. And I tell you, they are very correct!

Zlatan Ibile, with his I-no-send-anybody look, has been giving music lovers hot-hot.

But we seriously need to analyse if our Zanku chief will continue undisturbed or if the music game will swallow him, rendering him STALE.

The Moshood Abiola Polytechnic  Business Administration graduate was one of those many Nigerian talents awaiting for their time to blow.

Lucky for him, Davido‘s eyes or should I say ears caught his work ‘My Body‘ with Olamide in 2017. He liked it and shared it on social media. That got him in the centre of the game and before we knew it he was in Chinko Ekun‘s ‘Able God‘ with Lil Kesh.

This guy refused to slow down. Again, he showed up  in October 2018 with ‘Zanku’.

Apart from the fact that Zanku is a street jam that you can’t just help but vibe to, the ‘Legwork’ dance step that accompanied it made it irresistible.

It’s funny how ‘Zanku’ and legwork dance started crawling into formal scenes, taking over club houses.

Discovering that ‘Zanku’ could fit into any song, other musicians are incorporating the dance move into their songs.

‘Osanle’ featuring DMW boss, Davido came along, benefiting from the fame of Zanku.

Then ‘Kokosa‘ with Damibliz, Juls, and Worlasi crossed the border to Ghana

2019 has proved that Zlatan is ready to make waves again! It’s still February and Baba Ibile has already teamed up with with Davido in ‘Bum Bum’‘ and Burna Boy in ‘Killin Dem‘.

Zlatan has also been in a lot of features like Masterkraft’s ‘Are You Sure‘ with CDQ.

Zlatan Ibile might carve his name in the history of Nigerian music, never to be erased again. Especially with that green hair and Yoruba rap skills,

As a result of  his ferocity and endearing nature( such as is common to the streets), we are sure that our playlists this year will be flooded with irresistible music from Zlatan Ibile.
