Singer and reality TV star, Veeiye has reacted to the Omah Lay stage saga with a man’s girlfriend.

In the video, Omah Lay was seen dragging another man’s girlfriend to the stage to act as a video vixen while he played dirty with her.

After the show, he could be seen walking home alone dejectedly as many people in the crowd laughed at him.

Reacting to the video, Veeiye has taken to her X page to condemn the act and the lady involved as she described the situation as embarrassing.

As names like Bueaty, Tacha, Laycon, and Erica have surfaced, there have been whispers that there would be more housemates moving in over the next few weeks.

Despite the fact that these housemates haven’t publicly denied the notion, Laycon, one of the housemates whose name has been associated with those who would be featured on the show, has responded.

A fan took to his Twitter to tweet that Laycon, Vee, and Tacha will be joining the BBNaija All Stars soon. The fan tweeted;

‘Erica’ Ngozi Nlewedim nicknamed Star girl, a former BBNaija “Lockdown” disqualified housemate, has veered into the music industry.

She announced this on her Instagram profile, adding music to her list of sources of income.

Star girl recounted progressing from merely singing karaoke to eventually creating a song that will be published on Friday, September 20.

She gave a heads-up to her fans and lovers about the upcoming song, which she characterised as a mashup of Amapiano and mellow house music.

Erica wrote: “From karaoke to actually releasing a song! I went into the studio and made a beautiful song with @djjavaofficial a blend of chill house music and amapiano. It drops on Friday, 30th September….”.

The best thing about this EP; it’s not excessively rooted in Afro-pop to suit the current trendy palette.

Instead, she leads with her R&B roots and creates music with a bop, to form a bridge where lovers of R&B and Afro-pop can peacefully coexist.

While ‘Do It’ is the best song on this EP, the cries on ‘Enter My Head’ stand out. The track represents an honest truth that we never get from people who suddenly find themselves thrust into the spotlight.

On the track, she sings about her fear of losing her identity, personality, and self-control to the alluring shining lights of celebrity.

Sonically, it’s the best song on this EP, but its delivery didn’t feel authentic enough. In fact, it feels like Vee panders a little bit, to what modern women might like or enjoy.

In fact, for someone in a public relationship, the song and the brand are at loggerheads.
