American rapper and record producer Ye, commonly known by his birth name Kanye West, has been removed from the Coachella lineup as 26,000 people sign a petition.

Kanye West, who is set to headline Day 3 of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in April, has been getting stiff opposition from individuals across the world.

This came up after his relentless social media shots at estranged wife Kim Kardashian, her new boyfriend Pete Davidson and Trevor Noah, among others.

A Change.org petition was recently launched to remove the rapper from the festival lineup and the petition has been getting several signatures.

The petition, launched by user Caramello Marie, reads:

“We have watched Kanye harass, manipulate, and hurt Kim, Pete, and others for over a year now,”

“No one seems to want to stand up to him, and the ones that do, he puts under fire as well. Most recently, he has been threatening actual bodily harm to others. This is ridiculous that he is allowed to freely do this. Coachella (along with other brand names that are still working with him) should be ashamed of themselves and should not be giving him any more of a platform.”

As of the early hours of March 22, the petition has received over 26,000 signatures.

Recall, On March 16, 2022, the American rapper was suspended from Instagram for 24 hours after one of his posts violated Instagram’s policies on hate speech, bullying, and harassment.

It’s no secret that Kanye West is furious with Kim Kardashian for introducing his daughter North to Tik Tok and other video-sharing apps. The fact that North was performing r-rated songs for a video was made clear to him several times.

The Grammy committee must have interpreted this as online bullying and harassment since they canceled his planned appearance on April 4th, despite his five nominations.

Ye revealed all of the “Kanye Beefs” that have occurred throughout the years in an Instagram post titled Hip Hop by the Numbers, which he posted on Saturday (Feb. 19).

Taylor Swift, Nike, Wiz Khalifa, Jay-Z, Kid Cudi, Billie Eilish, Peppa Pig, Pete Davidson, Drake, Ray J, Justin Timberlake, Harriet Tubman, Travis Scott, J. Cole, and the television program South Park were among the 35 names on the list.

As far as Kanye is concerned, the extensive list should include a few more names. “Come on guys… This list is twice as long,” he jokingly added in the caption.

“And of course Skete and any and all corny shit in general,” Kanye added, referring to Pete Davidson by the nickname that Ye has given the comedian.

“Can somebody from Chicago let these people know what Skete meant when we was growing up It’s up for everybody!!!!! ???????????????????????????? Wow. Being rich is fun!!!!”

Kanye’s divorce from Kim Kardashian and the circumstances surrounding it have enraged him. Kim Kardashian’s current boyfriend, SNL star Pete Davidson, has been a frequent target for him recently. Kanye recently split with his current girlfriend Julia Fox after only a few weeks of dating.
