The Parisians agreed to pay Eintracht Frankfurt €75m (£64m/$80m) extra €15m (£13m/$16m) in add-ons, securing the French international’s dramatic deadline transfer to the Ligue 1 winners.

Kolo Muani’s arrival at Parc des Princes was made possible by PSG, and the striker now wants to show his appreciation by giving his all in the storied blue jersey, which he has coveted since he was a young boy.

 “I know that the club wants to lift a lot of trophies and I think I’m ready to help my team-mates go as far as possible. I’m someone who gives everything on the pitch. So I’ll be prepared to die for this shirt,” he told PSG TV.

Paris Saint-Germain have confirmed the signing of French winger Ousmane Dembele from Barcelona.

Although the Frenchman’s €50 million release clause in his contract expired last month, Dembele’s eagerness to complete the transfer led Barcelona to agree to the same terms. He had been in talks with Barcelona about extending his deal before PSG expressed a wish to activate the clause.

When it became evident that Dembele would depart for free next summer if he stayed at the club, Barcelona preferred to cash in on him because he had entered the final year of his contract at Camp Nou.

Dembele, 26, has signed a five-year contract at Parc des Princes, marking his first return to Ligue 1 since leaving Rennes in 2016.

The 26-year-old, who has started the remaining 12 months of his contract at Camp Nou, reportedly received a call from PSG, according to a report that was validated last week.

Barcelona, on the other hand, wants to keep Dembele and has been negotiating a new contract with him for months, but little progress has been achieved. After agreeing to reduce his income on the short-term contract he signed with Barcelona just last summer, the France international is looking for a substantial pay raise.

PSG has moved in the absence of an agreement in an effort to entice Dembele back to Ligue 1, where he excelled with Rennes before moving on to Borussia Dortmund in 2016.

Dembele has a clause in his contract that, if activated by midnight on Monday, the end of July, would allow him to depart for €50 million; after that time, the clause would increase to €100 million. By fulfilling Dembele’s release clause, PSG might complete the signing of the player; this is an option now that personal terms have been reached.

Dembele and PSG have come to terms on a five-year contract, and PSG has informed Barcelona of the development. There have been discussions between the two teams, and how they proceed in the ensuing hours will determine whether PSG is required to pay the release clause or reach a deal with Barcelona.

Barcelona has made it obvious that they want Dembele to stay, but they also do not want to lose him for free next summer, so they have unwillingly left the door open for him to leave.

At Camp Nou, it was anticipated that Barcelona would let go of two of its four senior wingers this summer: Dembele, Raphinha, Ansu Fati, and Ferran Torres. At first, Barcelona wanted to get rid of Fati and Torres, but neither player has been open to leaving.

The La Liga champions, who still intend to earn additional money this summer through player sales, were compelled to make a choice regarding Dembele, as his readiness to reach an agreement with PSG is anticipated to influence their future step.

On the 1st of June 2023, The “Calm Down” crooner took to his social media page to share his thrilling experience in the company of some Barcelona stars.

Rema could be seen standing alongside Ousmane Dembele, Ansu Fati, Jules Kounde, Franck Kessie, and Alejandro Balde in one of the photographs he shared.

As part of the warm welcome he received from the club’s staff members, he was given a customized Barcelona shirt.

Taking to his Twitter page, Rema captioned the post, saying,
