Nicki Minaj has achieved a significant legal triumph by settling a defamation lawsuit with Marley Green, known online as “Nosey Heaux.”

The settlement mandates Green to publicly apologize, admit to spreading false information about Minaj, and agree never to associate the rapper with drug use again.

The lawsuit, initiated by Minaj in September 2022, was in response to a video posted by Green in which she falsely accused Minaj of “shoving all this cocaine up her nose.”

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the settlement requires Green to concede that her statements regarding Minaj’s alleged cocaine use were entirely unfounded and without any proof.

Additionally, the agreement prohibits Green from making any further remarks about Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, or their son. Green is also barred from retweeting or sharing content that insinuates Minaj’s involvement in illegal or unethical behaviour.

Meanwhile, If Green breaches the settlement terms, she will be required to pay Minaj $50,000 for each violation. This settlement is a clear victory for Minaj, who has been unwavering in her fight against what she has described as “vile” and baseless allegations.
