The singer, who recently disclosed that she and Michael had been married privately for 13 years, took to her Instagram Story to express the overwhelming pain she has been experiencing since his passing.

In a heartfelt post, Niniola revealed that she is still struggling to come to terms with the loss of the man she described as the most important person in her life.

“I cannot live without Michael. God, You could’ve taken my kidney, an arm or a leg. You should’ve even taken me instead. But that one person that made my life worth it, You took away from me,” she wrote.

The emotional tribute continued as the grieving singer questioned why her husband had been taken from her, insisting that they had lived a quiet life and caused no harm to anyone.

Expressing her anguish and frustration, Niniola suggested that she finds it difficult to understand why Michael’s life could not have been spared.

“We did not disturb anybody o… Just living lives on our own terms. What a jealous God You truly are… Cos You had the power to spare him but decided to flex muscles. Kukuma finish what You started na… I’m ready,” she added.

Since sharing the message, the singer has received an outpouring of support from fans, colleagues, and well-wishers, many of whom have flooded her social media pages with prayers and words of encouragement.

Niniola’s latest post comes just weeks after she publicly reflected on the profound void left by her husband’s death. Each tribute she has shared has offered a glimpse into the deep connection they built over more than a decade together.

As she continues to navigate one of the most difficult periods of her life, the singer’s candid expressions of grief have resonated with many who have experienced the pain of losing a loved one, highlighting the enduring impact of love, companionship, and loss.
