Mojeed is back with his first single; Ko ‘Shi Lo, off his upcoming EP set for release much later this year. The EP is titled “Westernized By Default” and is a follow up to his hugely successful Westernized West African mixtape that threw the whole continent into a ‘Mojeed-Frenzy’ and topped charts all through the year of its release.

The former Aristokrat Records rapper, Mojeed makes a huge claim on making his mark in the music scene with “Ko ‘Shi Lo” – a laid back groovy track with bouncy piano chords, and as usual, slick and spot on delivery on this major tune produced by DrillMeister of Alien Studio’s in Garki Abuja.

Mojeed – B.O.A.T.S (KaWoSoKe)

For the second time this week, Aristokrat Records rapper Mojeed releases a brand new song off his highly anticipated mixtape. This song is titled B.O.A.T.S (Kawosoke) and it is fresh off the back of “Well Well” on which he featured R&B crooner Kamar.

B.O.A.T.S commences with an excerpt from an interview of the late great Fela Anikulapo Kuti. The track is bound to further reinforce Mojeed’s growing reputation as one of the top upcoming rappers in the region and will set the precedent for his mixtape “Westernized West African” slated to be released July 28, 2014.

Produced by super talented producer LeriQ, Mojeed recite heart-felt, memories about setting goals, getting a good education, taking care of business and youthful exuberance atop a vivacious progression of drums and traditional Afrobeat bass.

Aristokrat Records Presents: Mojeed – Well Well Ft. Kamar

960 Music Group/Aristokrat Records rapper, Mojeed, releases his newest single “Well Well” featuring R&B singer and label mate Kamar. Produced by Leriq, “Well Well” is the second single off his upcoming mixtape: “Westernised West-African”, scheduled to drop on Monday, July 28th, 2014.
“Well Well” comes after a successful appearance in Leriq‘s Comment Tu’Tappelle mega hit which featured Burna Boy, Dammy Krane and Ozone and the release of his single, “No Time”.

Mojeed had been rapping as a solo artist since after his group OMG split in 2012 and had been very involved in the underground scene back in the US before moving to Nigeria. Mojeed signed with Aristokrat Records in 2013. He has opened for superstar acts like Pharell, N.E.R.D, Pusha T and many more.

Mojeed, the talented rapper signed on to Aristokrat Records/960 Music, has just released a new song titled ‘No Time’ from his soon-to-be-released mixtape. His mixtape, “Westernized West African” will be released this month.

Mojeed was recently featured on Aristokrat Records producer Leriq’s monster hit single ‘Comment Tu T’appelle’. He also recently released another song off his mixtape titled‘Elevator’.

The hardcore rapper shows remarkable versatility with ‘No Time’, expertly crafting the song lyrics in both English and Yoruba.
