    American singer, songwriter, pianist, actor, and record producer John Roger Stephens, known professionally as John Legend, is expecting his fourth child with popular American model and TV personality Chrissy Teigen.

    The American model, made the announcement via her social media page that she is expecting her fourth child with popular singer John Legend.

    Teigen took to her Instagram page on Wednesday where she shared pictures of her baby bump and bruises of In Vitro Fertilisation injections on her leg.

    She Wrote:

    “The last few years have been a blur of emotions to say the least, but joy has filled our home and hearts again,”  One billion shots later (in the leg lately, as you can see!) we have another on the way.”

    Teigen revealed that she had been keeping the news to herself based on her experience with her immediate past pregnancy.

    “Every appointment I’ve said to myself, ‘ok if it’s healthy today I’ll announce’ but then I breathe a sigh of relief to hear a heartbeat and decide I’m just too nervous still. I don’t think I’ll ever walk out of an appointment with more excitement than nerves but so far, everything is perfect and beautiful and I’m feeling hopeful and amazing. Ok phew, it’s been very hard keeping this in for so long!”

    The model suffered the miscarriage of her third child named Jack, in September 2020.

    In a heart-wrenching and controversial Instagram post, Teigen had given details of how the couple lost the pregnancy.

    Diagnosed with partial placenta abruption, she was admitted to the hospital after persistent bleeding, and given multiple blood transfusions which unfortunately did not save the baby.

    American singer, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen just suffered an unimaginable loss … the death of their third child.

    Chrissy shared the devastating news Wednesday, saying their son, who they’d named Jack, couldn’t survive complications.

    Chrissy said, “We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before.”

    Teigen was recently hospitalized for severe bleeding during her pregnancy and revealed their baby boy was in the “danger zone.”

    In her post, she said,

    “We are shocked and in the kind of deep pain you only hear about, the kind of pain we’ve never felt before. We were never able to stop the bleeding and give our baby the fluids he needed, despite bags and bags of blood transfusions. It just wasn’t enough.


    We never decide on our babies’ names until the last possible moment after they’re born, just before we leave the hospital.  But we, for some reason, had started to call this little guy in my belly Jack.  So he will always be Jack to us.  Jack worked so hard to be a part of our little family, and he will be, forever.

    To our Jack – I’m so sorry that the first few moments of your life were met with so many complications, that we couldn’t give you the home you needed to survive.  We will always love you.

    Thank you to everyone who has been sending us positive energy, thoughts and prayers.  We feel all of your love and truly appreciate you.

    We are so grateful for the life we have, for our wonderful babies Luna and Miles, for all the amazing things we’ve been able to experience.  But everyday can’t be full of sunshine.  On this darkest of days, we will grieve, we will cry our eyes out. But we will hug and love each other harder and get through it.”

    Jack was the couple’s third child … they have a daughter, Luna, and a son named Miles.

    In the footage for his new hit “Wild” the genetically-blessed pair were shown in a convertible car and hanging out on the beach and as the clip came to an end the beauty unveiled her adorable growing belly.

    John could be seen placing his hand’s around his wife and cradling her stomach in the gorgeous reveal.

    After the clip went live a number of fans took to Twitter to share their happiness at the baby news.

    The couple who got married in 2013 are already parents to 4-year-old daughter Luna and 2-year-old son Miles.
