Chance The Rapper has attracted Nigerians’ attention on social media after he was shown bragging in a humorous video about being close friends with Tems.

Chance apparently serves as a judge on the current season of The Voice, a singing competition show, and he could not help but brag about his connection to Tems when a vocal talent auditioned.

Strangely, Chance’s small ploy paid off when the participant decided to pitch her tent in his camp.

“I know Tems personally,” the rapper proudly said as he tried to get the young lady to join his team instead of the other judges.

The Grammy-winning performer and the Afrobeats legend were spotted together in what appears to be a prospective collaboration.

The duo, who have shown that they have a good relationship, continue to be seen together in their quest to take their art to the next level.

Pictures of the two people in what looks to be a recording session in Ghana were shared on social media.

Chance The Rapper attended the Global Citizens Festival on September 24, 2022, which was hosted in Ghana and featured performances by Usher, Tems, SZA, Stonebwoy, and Sarkodie, among other artists.

Davido is working on his upcoming album, which he claimed was nearly finished.

Vic Mensa whose arrival was announced a few months ago was spotted hanging around with a lot of Ghanaian celebs and visited some of the most popular tourist sites in the country just to interact with the Ghanaian culture.

American rapper, singer-songwriter, and record producer Chance The Rapper has recounted his first experience when he entered a Ghanaian nightclub on his first trip to the country.

In an interview with Kojo Manuel, Chance The Rapper revealed that he was taken to The Area Bar in Accra immediately after he dropped his luggage at the hotel where he lodged.

He revealed that he was enjoying the music and interacting with people in the nightclub when suddenly, there was a blackout in the club and the music stopped. He was thrown into a state of confusion and disorientation since he was never experiencing such an event.

Speaking in an interview with Kojo Manuel, the rapper intimated that it used to be only him, his wife and his first daughter, Kensli Benett and for that, he had to inscribe that number on his caps.

The rapper said that the number refers to himself, his wife, and their first daughter, but now that they have a second child, it is no longer valid.

Ghanaian highlife and afrobeats singer-songwriter Gregory Bortey Newman, better known by his stage name King Promise, has revealed the inspiration behind his second studio album “5 Star”.

The Ghanaian musician has finally dropped his second studio album titled “5STAR.”

The 15-track “5 Star Album” was created by King Promise, a signee with Legacy Life Entertainment, and features American rappers Vic Mensa and Chance The Rapper as well as some notable figures from the African music scene, including Patoranking, Headie One, Frenna, Omah Lay, Bisa KDei, and WSTRN.

The album has dominated charts and some digital streaming platforms and continues to achieve greatness in the music market.

The sensational singer added that he gathered all the lessons and skills he has learnt over the years in his music to organically produce his “5 Star Album”.

“I feel like we’ve gotten to a point where the music is on that level, where is of that good quality because I’m not following trend, it’s very organic and we took our time to make it with all the experiences and stuff I’ve learnt over the years”,

Ghanaian-American rapper Victor Kwesi Mensah, popularly known as Vic Mensa, revealed that has been released from police custody after being arrested for allegedly possessing drugs.

The rapper, who recently made a trip to Ghana with Grammy award-winning rapper Chance the Rapper, was arrested on Saturday, January 15th, 2022, after U.S. Customs reportedly found drugs in his bag at Virginia’s Dulles International Airport.

According to reports, U.S. customs authorities discovered 41 grams of liquid LSD, 124 grams of psilocybin pills, 178 grams of psilocybin gummies, and six grams of psilocybin mushrooms in the rapper’s possession.
