Nigerian Afrobeat artist Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, better known by his stage name Kizz Daniel is preparing for an international breakthrough after a snippet of his smash hit ‘Cough (Odo)’ remix featuring American musician Becky G surfaced.

The Duo are set to make Summer more enjoyable with their upcoming collaboration, a remix to Kizz Daniel’s “Cough.”

Becky G previewed her verse, which she sang in both Spanish and English, in a video released on Tuesday via her official Twitter page – and it sounds good.

She tagged Vado in the photo, and he responded with an emoji implying that the song could be released soon.

In other news, Vado revealed that he appointed Emperor Geezy, CEO of G-Worldwide, to run his own record company.

The “Buga” hitmaker was formerly agreed to G-Worldwide, but the two parted ways over some contract provisions, and after departing, the musician founded Flyboy Inc. in 2017.

Kizz Daniel said that Emperor Geezy was hired to succeed him after he resigned as the label’s CEO.

During an interview with American On-Air-Personality’s Angela Yee Way Up podcast, he disclosed this.

Additionally, Kizz announced the signing of a new musician to his music label, Prime. He said that Flyboy Inc.’s goal is to develop and support talented African talents.

To kick off this year’s reveal of nominations for the largest fan-voted awards show, two-time AMA winner Becky G announced the nominees for new artist of the year in a video that aired on “Good Morning America.”

The artists up for the highly coveted award include Dove Cameron, GAYLE, Latto, Måneskin and Steve Lacy. The full list of nominees was then revealed on the AMAs Twitter account.

Burna boy released his game-changing album, “African Giant” in 2019 and while it didn’t win the Grammys Best World Album category in 2020, it was a critical success.
