Nigerian musician and reality TV star, Tope Adenibuyan, popularly known as Teddy A, has revealed in detail how he proposed to his Wife Bamike Olawunmi, aka Bam Bam after weeks of fighting.

Teddy A and Bambam’s marriage is one that BBNaija viewers like watching material from since many people believe their union is the most unlikely of all.

Former Big Brother Naija reality star, Teddy A, has revealed that he and his colleague, Bam Bam, were “fighting” for about two weeks before he proposed marriage to her.

He claimed that after getting counsel from his personal assistant and brother, he changed his mind and proposed to Bam Bam.

On the most recent edition of The Honest Bunch, an audiovisual podcast co-hosted by actor Nedu, Teddy A revealed this.

Teddy A discussed how he eventually realized Bambam was his true match and proposed to her on The Honest Bunch podcast.

He said, “We [Bam Bam and I] were fighting for about two weeks. Yeah, we were almost done. We were actually pretty much done. I come talk to my PA say come o, I no fit end this thing like this na. Make we get closure. So, that night, I come reason say, o boy you don dey with this girl from Big Brother till now. All these things happening, you want to just suddenly go away? O boy, you dey craze o.

“I come call my brother for Yankee, say, how far? This na wettin I want do, wettin you think? He come say, “how do you feel?’ I said, bro, I feel like I’m about to throw up because I can’t explain the emotions. He come say, bro do this thing na. Omo, if you no do am, you go regret o. I said, okay.”

He said that after tricking Bam Bam into thinking the governor of Lagos State wanted to visit her, he went to her home and organized a surprise proposal for her with the help of her manager and PA.

On November 16, 2019, Teddy A and Bam Bam exchanged vows in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

In 2020, the couple announced the birth of their first child, and in 2022, they welcomed their second child.

The former Big Brother Naija housemate identified as Cynthia Nwadiora also known as Cee C was one of the housemates for the Big Brother Naija Double Wahala edition in 2018.

Although she didn’t emerge, winner Cee C finished as the second runner up and was considered fans’ favourites from that edition.

Cynthia Nwadiora was featured by a Nigerian musician identified as Tobechukwu Victor Okoh also known as Peruzzi in his music video titled “Majesty“.

Mercy Eke

Mercy Eke is a former Big Brother Naija housemate who became the show’s first female winner in 2019. She’s also a professional video vixen, having starred in music videos for a number of celebrities.

Below are some of the names and musicians Mercy has featured as video vixens in their music videos:-

(a). Mercy Eke starred as the video vixen in Rudeboy’s viral music video “Take It” in 2020.

(b). In September 2020, Mercy Eke was featured as the video vixen in musician Dr. Dolo’s “I Go Pay” music video.

(c). Mercy Eke also appeared in the music video for Ichaba and Davido’s hit song Baby Mama as a video vixen.

Rebecca Nengi Hampson

Nengi had an appearance in Davido’s “Jowo” music video. She made an appearance in the video shortly after leaving Big Brother’s house.

Tacha

Tacha is a social media influencer and entrepreneur who was a housemate on the 2019 version of Big Brother Naija.

In October 2020, the successful lady appeared as a video vixen in top Nigerian artist Tiwa Savage’s music video “Ole.”

Venita

Venita Akpofure is an actress, model, and video vixen who was a Big Brother Naija housemate in the 2019 season.

She has worked as a video vixen for some of Nigeria’s most well-known musicians, including the iconic 2face Idibia.

Venita was one of these video vixens in the 2012 music video for 2face’s “Iheneme.” She has already appeared in a video before entering the Big Brother Naija house.

She was also the video vixen in Nigerian singer, Skales music video titled “Mukulu” in 2011.

Liquorose

Liquorose worked as a dancer and a video vixen before entering the Big Brother house in 2020 where she emerged the first runner up.

Liquorose made an appearance in Chidinma’s song video “Kedike.”

It was released in 2012 and became one of the year’s most talked-about tracks. You’ll notice her closer to Chidinma when she’s washing clothes and when they’re all dancing.

Liquorose played the role of the primary dancer in Iyanya’s 2013 song “Your Waist.”

She appeared in the songs “Konkobility” and “Shakiti Bobo” by Olamide. She also starred in Teni’s video for “Askamaya.”

Bam Bam

Bam Bam is a stunning model and microbiologist who was a past housemate on Big Brother Naija’s 2018 season.

She has worked as a video vixen for some of Nigeria’s most well-known musicians, including the famous MC Galaxy and Johnny Drille.

In 2018, she appeared as a video vixen alongside MC Galaxy in the music video for “Fine Girl.”

In 2019, she appeared as a video vixen alongside Johnny Drille in the music video for “Count On You.”

Laycon

Olamilekan “Laycon” Agbeleshe is a 26-year-old singer and rapper from Lagos. Laycon released an EP, “Who Is Laycon?” a year before his entrance in the BBNaija house but the EP gained prominence with his entrance into the house.

He also became the season’s winner and was enlisted by DJ Neptune for the remix of his hit song, “Nobody”.

Rico Swavey

Patrick “Rico Swavey” Fakoya is a housemate in Big Brother Nigeria 3. Rico is a singer and rapper.

Teddy A

Tope Adenibuyan popularly known as Teddy A was part of the BBNaija season 3 cast in 2018. Teddy is a music producer/singer who lasted for 9 weeks on the show and gained quite a lot of fans in the process.

He now owns a record label called Alpha Records.
