Johnson Suleman shares what Sammie told him.

Founder of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman has mourned the passing of popular gospel singer, Sammie Okposo.

Apostle Suleman posted a message of condolence for the late singer on his page. He claimed that many of the fans who currently share his photo never got in touch with the musician throughout his difficult moments.

He said that after Sammie told him what other pastors had done in response to his cheating scandal, they both broke down in tears.

It would be recalled that Sammie Okposo had made headlines early this year over cheating scandals – an act which he confessed to and tendered apology for, to his wife and fans.

Apostle Suleman went on to note that love has left the church as there are many ‘lawyers’ eager to judge than intercessors who are ready to restore. He wrote:

“Now they post his pictures…..but never reached out in his trying times.. He told me what pastors did to him and we both wept..

Love has left the church.. We have more ‘lawyers’ who are ready to judge than intercessors ready to restore..

Rest in power my brother… You conquered!.”

Mp3bullet.ng has compiled a list of the Nigerian gospel singers who have been allegedly involved in cheating scandals.

Lanre Teriba

Over time, this gospel act has been on and off the scene with several infidelity accusations. He is married to Rukayat who bore him two children.

In 2016, Lanre confessed to adultery on a chat with The Entertainer.

According to him, one of the events that made him cry was when he had a child out of wedlock. He explained that people used it against him, so he was filled with regrets.

However, he had a supportive wife who encouraged him and did not let the marriage crash.

Some parts of the interview read; “My wife knew about it, she really appreciated God the marriage did not break. Today, the two of us are husband and wife. I have prayed to God for forgiveness. My wife has also forgiven me.”

Other allegations surrounded the singers stormed the industry a couple of years later.

Tope Alabi

This is another renowned gospel sensation who has been accused and allegedly involved in a cheating scandal.

Rumours had it that in 2013, Tope was in a relationship with her then “spiritual father”, Prophet Ajanaku.

However, a fight broke out, and it was alleged that “sex” was the reason behind their split.

Prophet Ajanaku disclosed, ” I’m wondering if she’s being foolish or just stupid. I remember when she was putting pressure on me to have sex with her. She did not hide her urge to have sexual relationship with me…”

Reacting to this, Tope and her husband Soji denied the claims!

Sammie Okposo (Nigerian gospel singers)

The legendary gospel minister also has several cases of infidelity that have been ongoing for quite some years.

Of recent, Sammie got into the news again, with another case of infidelity.

A US-based lady, African Doll called out the singer on the 24th of January, claiming that Sammie and she had an affair while he was on a tour in the US, in December. The singer got her pregnant and turned his back on her.

Her outrage was immediately followed by an apology tendered by Sammie Okposo to his wife and others while confessing about an intimate relationship he had with a woman when he traveled to the US.

A part reads; “On my recent trip to the USA (Late 2021), I got intimately involved with a lady, knowing that this was not appropriate as a married man and a minister of the gospel. I am ashamed and regret my actions as it has caused a lot of pain to my dear wife, Ozioma, my family and me…”

Apostle Johnson Suleman

Senior Pastor of the Omega Fire Ministries is also a gifted singer, with multiple glorious tunes to his records.

As a matter of fact, the Apostle has been accused by four different women on four different occasions.

In January 2018, Otobo accused Suleman of impregnating her and breaching a promise to marry her.

She claimed she had sex romps with the pastor in Italy, New York, and Nigeria.

Otobo said she had pictures of the pastor exposing his private parts, evidence of which it said would emerge in court.

Further, in 2021, an actress Chioma Ifemeludike, claimed Suleman paid her over N500,000 and had sex with her.

She explained that she had no idea that the man of God was quite prominent at the time she had intercourse with him.

In the light of this, the Apostle did not respond to any claims!
