After a British Vogue article detailing her preparation for the coronation of King Charles III, Tiwa Savage has given fans a new reason to brag.

As you may recall, Tiwa Savage garnered media attention when she sang at the coronation concert in front of 20,000 people, including the king and other members of the royal family.

Interestingly, British Vogue filmed Tiwa getting ready for the big event, and the video has been shared on their official social media page.

In the brief video, Tiwa could be seen wearing her dress for the first time. The musician revealed that Lanre Da-Silva Ajayi, a Nigerian designer, created her opulent green outfit. She also went jewellery shopping and more in the short documentary.

In a recent interview, Wizkid’s father, Alhaji Miniru Olatunji Balogun, thanked God for blessing him with a son who is as brilliant as the Grammy Award winner.

In an interview, Wizkid’s father stated that he first arrived in Lagos in the year 1972 and that Alaba was completely dark at the time.

When asked how he helped Alaba flourish, Wizkid’s father says that he used his power to get Nepa to conduct a survey of the entire community and provide lighting.

He claimed to have plotted out, drafted and sketched the entire Alaba, which he then presented to the Nepa board and was approved. He went on to say that two weeks later, in 1972, they gave the entire Alaba light.

Wizkid’s father revealed more about his personality, stating that he is the baba adeen of Alaba Central Mosque and a former APC chairman for 14 years.

He ended by thanking God for his continued life and the continued success of his son, Wizkid.

“I came to Ajegunle in 1972. And at that time there was no light in Alaba. So, I’m the one that went to NEPA and made them come to survey the whole of Alaba and gave them light. So, those are my contributions [to the community].

“Also, I’m the Babadeen of Alaba Central Mosque. And also a former chairman of the APC for 14 years. I thank God that I’m still alive and my son, Wizkid is still doing well,” he said.

However, it was suggested that he undergo surgery to repair his knee.

He said, “On the 23rd I went to play football and I sustained a knee injury.

He claims that there are some people who will offer him money, but he will decline it for specific reasons.

Daniel Regha claimed Davido was chasing clout as a result of his broken promise when asked why he wouldn’t accept money from the “Unavailable” singer.

Daniel Regha claims that Davido made a N20M promise to 20 people on March 16, 2022, and that he failed to follow through on it, noting that the artist merely paused.

Regha stated that people should learn to fulfill their word since it does not make sense for someone to raise the hopes of many people, as OBO did, only to destroy those dreams without providing any justification.
